Kachina Hills was developed by Hays Associates, Inc., in 1995, and includes 25 lots on 13 acres. Kachina Hills is located within walking distance of the old Santa Fe Plaza. We are a full service Design and Construction firm. With over 100 homes completed in the Santa Fe area, our program is proven with many satisfied clients. We also have developed several subdivisions, and are accustomed to overseeing all related processes including land acquisition, subdivision approvals, planning and design, and construction. We have built with adobe, wood frame, pumice crete, insulated concrete forms, and are familiar with appropriate technologies whether starting from scratch, or remodeling an existing building.
